This role focuses on transitioning our process from TRL 4 to TRL 8 by designing and implementing our pilot plant and scaling it to a First-of-a-Kind (FOAK) facility, all while ensuring manufacturability, cost efficiency, and operational robustness.

Key Points: 

• Pilot Design: Lead the design and implementation of a fully functional pilot plant within six months.
• Scaling to FOAK: Design a 100 t p.a. (First-of-a-Kind) plant, ensuring cost efficiency, manufacturability, and deployment robustness.
• Oversee process improvements, focusing on robustness and manufacturability.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including material scientists and electrochemists, for system integration.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental policies.
• Manage process documentation, including technical drawings, reports, and simulations.
• Work with external engineering firms and industry partners to achieve project milestones.
